10 years ago, I met Pastor Philip who had been running an NGO called SEAL Ashram - which rescues destitute and missing children who have been lost or abandoned.
At the time, he told me he wanted to build a hospital so they can do more to serve those in need that couldn’t get help anywhere else.
The hospital would easily cost 10,000,000 rupees ($132,109 USD), but the good pastor had no money.
Immediately, I asked the Pastor Philip how he was going to pay for it. He had no business plan or collateral to borrow money from a bank.
He simply stated he would have faith and wouldn’t pay for it…
God would provide.
Fast forward 10 years later and the hospital Pastor Philips talked about is almost complete.
And get this…
…he has kept to his faith and has not applied for a single loan or grant.

I challenge you to look around your house and find enough stuff to sell to get you 3 months of runway.
3. Passive Income Initiation

-Airlines have seen dramatic losses in ticket sales – meaning loss in revenue.
There is nothing about this situation that should lead anyone to believe that this is not serious.
So, when I see Person A online publicly shaming Person B for how they react to the virus, I say it needs to stop.
The fear is real, the effects of this virus is real and yes people are dying from this. No one has the right to tell someone how they are supposed to react to this pandemic.
People are losing their jobs and they fear for the lives of their loved ones.
It is not your job to tell them how they are supposed to feel or how they should react.
I’m curious…
To the marketers who feel they need to profit of the fear and death that the coronavirus has brought us…
-is it worth it to a few extra dollars?
To anyone who is willing to publicly shame someone for preparing for a crisis the way they see fit..
- Are contributing anything with your negative comments?
What we can do is spread some positivity and stop trying to profit of this pandemic.

Today I wanted to share a story of one of our Lurn students.
Nate Maskeri kindle publishing days all started from listening to the 2 part podcast episode with Ty Cohen.
Actually, Nate and his father are avid listeners of the Fighting Entrepreneur, but his father thought the episode would be powerful for his son to learn. After Nate listend t the podcast, he then began to research and consume all of the free training videos Lurn provided.
Nate was a fast action taker, and purchased the course as soon as it was available in August, 2019. He released his first free book in November, collecting email leads and building a presence in Amazon.
Fast forward 5 months, he made his first $1,500 in January. By mid February he made $2000. At his current rate, he is doubling month to month, he is projected to make $10,000 in March!
All Nate did was follow Ty Cohen's instructions to the "T," and started having incredible success.

In April of 2019, I interviewed Dan Lok about how he grew his YouTube channel. We took what we learned and hit YouTube HARD by releasing new videos every single day.
By November of 2019, we were able to DOUBLE our subscribers but are daily view count was not matching the growth of the channel.
So I decided to pull the plug…
Blitzing YouTube with Free daily content to dominate social media, does not work.
Well... at least it didn't work for us.
Just like most platforms, it has become a PAY to PLAY environment. It was costing too much time and resources from my team to keep producing content every single day.
Until I looked at the numbers inside of Google Ads (YouTube’s Advertising platform).
The cheapest audiences to target was YouTube subscribers and viewers of my channel. It was literally 40% cheaper than uploading a hot email list!
After I saw these numbers, I plugged YouTube right back!

In the last few episodes I've talked to you about how in the past 16 years, I've been through four different cycles of digital marketing.
With every new cycle, marketers jump in and then overtime the strategy dies, either because the platforms’ algorithm changes After each cycle that ends, leaves a bunch of marketers, a bunch of business that can't adapt. They don’t survive.
But only a few of us survive and we re-innovate and create the next thing because adaptation is essential in an evolving market. Luckily, I had been one of the ones that have survived.
There are 2 reasons why there is only a handful of us that survived this
- The volume of traffic and conversions we manage on a daily basis. I can test new marketing tactics rapidly & make quicker pivots to maximize revenues and establish loyalty with customers.
- My network is worth my net-worth. I am very blessed to have some of the most powerful & brightest friends in the world. I have the opportunity to call them. I get a chance to stock them, see what they're doing. Most importantly they always open up to me about their data. They reveal to me their best & their worst strategies, which helps me fine-tune my marketing systems.

My 2020 Marketing Predictions are Finally Out!
Some of these predictions are controversial, I can already see some of my friends who I love to death probably disagree and will come after me with a bat on this one…
